1000 cubic yards will leave a pretty big hole. Not to mention 11000 That is at the very least one hundred heavy trucks traveling across your access area. Not to mention the area disturbed by excavation equipment. I would see what they offer. Then think of the least amount you are going to accept for them disturbing land coming and going. Are you losing crop space and/or use of pasture. They using a side gate or coming through your drive at milking time. Are they going to come in and get it done or do they plan and stretching it out over an unspecified period of time? Keep in mind a lot more than dirt is involved.
