Real big truck, most are 10-12 yard loads, that is uncompacted, expect another 15% shrink on top of that for proper compation. One thing you migh want to keep in mind if you sell dirt is to have them strip and stockpile the top soil and after they are done reshape and replace the top soil so you dont have an eyesore when you are done.
