One of our tractor collectors brought his 1925 JD "D" to the show this week only to find out when he arrived that his left rear axle flange housing had busted and the pieces are lying somewhere along the highway.
He concluded that the housing had been cracked for some time as could be seen by the discoloration (rust) and by hauling it jarred it more and it broke.
It's such a nice looking tractor too!! It's enough to make a person sick!
