Some photos of the top link on my D19.
The main strap is welded behind the shield plate by the pto, then curve at the top. There is another strap with a tube welded to each end that bolts across two existing bolts on the rear end housing. The upright strap is then welded to this piece. You kinda have to look under the light bracket to see it. The tabs for the link look fabricated, otherwise it could almost be factory.
