CHIP FOR A V10: JET P/N 99609 WAS IN MY '96 5.9L GAS, W/AUTO. I SOLD THAT RIG (KEPT THE CHIP), AND BOUGHT A '98 3/4T, W/AUTO TRANS AND A V10. I CALLED JET TECHNICAL SERVICE LINE (714-848-5515) AND WAS TOLD BY THEM THAT IT WOULD ALSO WORK WITH THE '98 V10. IT PLUGGED RIGHT INTO THE SAME PLACE AND SEEMS TO WORK JUST FINE. IT DID IMPROVE GAS MILEAGE BY 1.5MPG. POWER WISE, IT'S HARD TO TELL. THE DODGE V10 IS PRETTY GUTSY WITH OR WITHOUT IT. WE ALWAYS WANT MORE, OF COURSE...HMMMMMMMM MABY A DYNO CHECK. I DO BELIEVE THAT WE NEED TO ENHANCE THE "BIG V'S" BREATHING. DOES ANYONE MAKE A FILTER CHARGER FOR IT? I PULL A 29' 5TH. WHEEL. THE TRUCK HAS THE JET CHIP, K&N FILTER, GIBSON CATBACK SINGLE EXHAUST. THIS SUMMER COMING BACK FROM YELLOWSTONE PARK, WITH FOUR ADULTS AND THE 5TH WHEEL I GOT 8.8 MPG ON THE STRETCH OF ROAD BETWEEN MISSOULA, MT. AND SPOKANE, WA. TWO MOUNTAIN PASSES AND LOTS OF HILLS, AND WASN'T PASSED BY TOO MANY OTHER RV'ERS.

They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
