Check all battery cable connections. They should be thick cables, 0 or better. Not thin things like a car cable. Might not hurt to replace them.
Also might not hurt to pull the plugs and spin it over. If antifreeze spits out when you crank it over, it's leaking coolant into the engine. Also an easy way to find this is pull the dipstick. If it looks milky, it's getting water in it somewhere. That doesn't guarantee it's coolant, but it's one of many possibilities.
If it's leaking coolant into the engine, it's more than likely a blown head gasket. Sounds quite possible since it's leaking coolant at the rear of the engine when warmed up.
