Diameter is about right for an AC WC, Farmall Regular, John Deere GP and 6 lug but center hole sounds way too big. Not sure what you mean by 2 piece rim. 40" diameter would equal a 11 X 28, 12 X 26 or 13 X 24 rubber tire.
