61 an retired - had open heart surgery at the age of 54 leaving me with 20% of my heart but I never gave up! I'm always trying keeping myself busy without going over board mostly tinkering with tractors.
Had stress test back in May and my heart improved 15% more so I must be doing something right in pass 7 years. But will never see the spring chicken days again!!! Mike
