Too Cold for Red Tractors

I Have a farmall 460 gas tractor that runs great in the summer but when it get cold it run like a jd two cyl, on its last leg. I have tried the usual with no improvement any thougths or trick would really help get this old girl through the winter, Cause I use it to plow snow.
