I've had that problem with my last 3 trucks.
95 ford 4x4 25 ft trailer,97 dodge 4x4 with
25 ft. trailer,and my last a 99 dodge 4x4,dually
with 30 ft. trailer.On pavement don't seem to
notice it much,but on cement like interstate
with the rubber strips every few feet seem to
set up a jerk that gets worse until you slow
down.Been looking into a shock gooseneck ball
or one mounted in rubber.
