About everyone has seen the AARP car insurance commercials on TV saying that older drivers can get such a great deal through AARP. One day , just for curriosity I decided to check it out. They said that if I checked it out I would get a new hand calculator. They checked it out for me and called me back. Their answer was, "Sorry, you do not qualify for our Insurance.". They said it was because of my driving record. The only thing on my record was that I had bumped a scooter in a parking lot about a year ago. The scooter was barely scratched. They must have totaled it. Got my calculator anyway.
