Let me add to that. Three local farms that the folks there raised their kids. were put out of business as a shopping mall was created. as they were building them Industry was slowly dropping in the area.to the point that the malls weren't doing the business as expected.
Their answer is to go down the road and buy the best land in the area,[Good flatland] and a large Dairy farm complete with white painted fences. and newly remodeled home to build a larger one.
These people think to help the economy others will travel farther and buy more gas just to keep from shopping in the city. { just across the county line the sales tax is a penny more towards the city] STOP Taking our farms or you won't eat !!
