Alan, never seen a box like this but, thinking about the early 1930s, farmers had already changed tires on their model Ts umpteen times, this would probably have been their first tractor with rubber. So, am gonna guess there would be a pair of oversize tire spoons/tools. A valve stem tool on a chain/or link to hold the stem while the tire was wrestled into place. Maybe a wrench for the wheels. Don't believe there would have been more than that in the box.
