Used motor oil. If this is ecologically unsound, use raw linseed oil. Let it soak in, weather for a while, then coal with Thompson's Water Seal or something similar.
The problem with treating trailer floors is that usually the bottom is not treated. It's better to treat both sides before installation, which I have managed to do on occasion.
If motor oil is ok but the black color is a turnoff, find someone with a propane powered engine and get their used oil which will be clear. Used hydraulic oil should not be discolored.
A mixture of paraffin and pine rosin should be ideal, but I don't know where to get it.
