There should be stay chains going from the 2 lift arms that the implement is attached to and connected to the axle. These can be shortned as necessary. What I have done is put clip pins through the links to take up length.
Also you can get stabilizer bars that go from a mounting pin attached by the bolts that fasten the fenders to the axle and extending to the implement attaching pins. These reduce swaying also.
