How long has this truck been setting. The black gunk is algae it will plug up filters and pumps and injectors if it get that far. Hopefully the filters kept it out. Drain the bottom of the filter to see if it has water in it. Next buy your fuel from a good dealer who sells a lot of fuel this will keep your tank clean and don't let it sit around for months with the same fuel in it. Walt
