Hello Ken in texas, One good method to check for a hard to find tire leak, is to submerge the wheel assy in water past the beads. Also high enough to cover the tire rim. If it is a new installation, it could have bead damage from the tire TECK!. I'm guessing that the bead is leaking. You need to take the tire off, lay it flat, and soap the bead area. pump it up 10 lb. over the nomal inflation rate. Let it sit overnigh. As others suggested, look at the valve stem first, and see if it is leaking. Guido.
