Look at the bright side. I figure the triple stack seed saves me about $55/acre in herbicide and insecticide costs as long as I use generic glyphosate. Figuring a bag plants 2.5 acres, that saves me about $135-$140/ bag of seed. I paid (on average) around $245/bag of seed this year. Considering the savings on pesticide, net cost of about $105/bag for seed. This is less than conventional seed sold for around here, so I saved money/bag. Then consider the higher yield from the gmo seed, and I am money ahead. If I like Monsanto or not, they make me money. Plus I don't have to use granular insecticides and more toxic(compared to roundup)herbicides.
