IS THE PLUG WET WITH GAS AFTER YOU TRY TO START IT.
IF NOT REMOVE THE AIR FILTER AND SPRAY SOME WD 40 IN THE AIR INTAKE AND SEE IF YOU CAN GET IT TO POP. IF IT POPS IT IN THE STARTER JET ON THE CARB. IF THE STARTER JET IS STOPPED UP YOU CAN CRANK TILL THE COWS COME HOME AND IT WONT START.
