I about buried a John Deere 4430 with a 16' field cultivator in the far edge of a field (where else, right?) where there was a hidden wet spot in the field after it had rained and I was throwing dirt up over the fenders of the tractor. Luckily I had new back tires so I had enough traction to slide my way out of the mudhole and back onto safer land. Decided to hold off on working up the field for another couple of days.
