The club president had a old thresher that needed a lot of repair before it could be used, so he painted it and put the new sign for the new showgrounds on top. Need to get final OK, but we were told we could park it on a neighbors property next to highway 92 for our new showgrounds. The building start date is Wednesday, so we are finishing up the restroom/showerbuilding and put up a screened kitchen area in the old machine shed for the food crew. It rained 2.8 inches there on Friday afternoon, and by Saturday morning, you could drive anywhere on the showgrounds, so hopefully rain during the show will never be a problem. It's gonna be a busy 2 weeks, but hopefully the building will be done when the crew pulls out. I'll try to give you all updates as I find out how work progresses. Chris
