I had the opportunity to talk to such an idiot.
Hand signals don't seem to mean what they used to. I signaled a left from a tractor not long ago. Person in question took that as a "c'mon around." I suppose he gets credit for stopping to apologize, but he remains in the idiot class, as he sat in the oncoming lane alonside me as he stopped to offer an apology so eloquent and verbose as to make me envious.
Quite against my nature, as I had lots to of thoughts ready to share with him, I kept my side of the conversation short.
