I have a Case skid loader with diesel engine that we use in winter, so we keep #1 fuel on hand for it.One winter the fuel man misunderstood what I wanted and pumped my little tank full of #1 stove fuel instead of #1 diesel. I ruined 3 injectors before I figured that one out. The engine ran well on stove fuel but must not have had the right additives. The injectors would seize open, thank heavens for that or it would have ruined the pump.
