check in the post concerning soldering copper (I think it was in the tool talk section)... someone mentioned connectors that I think are called "Shark Bite". I have bought them at Ace Hardware and at the Depot... used them on 3 different jobs. Was very skeptical at first, but they work GREAT and if you buy the little "wrench", you can even pull them apart for re-use. These connectors will join copper to copper, pex to pex, or pex to copper and are either straight or elbow. If you don't want to solder, I highly recommend these!!! ...d
