I don't know how you get your internet, but I get my DSL over the phone line and every so often when it gets slow and does not work right, especially with Ebay, I have to disconect all phone lines for about 15 or 20 minutes and everything gets back to working normal again. I'm not an expert and it' hard to explain why, but the phone man explained it to me and it sounded logical. Anyway works for me. Yes, Ebay has had problems and has been their fault when they go through their changes (for the better, "ha"), but when they reply back, it is your computer. I have to totally disagree.
