What's their share? If their insurance is 80/20 they're probably running up a pretty good bill. What happens when they hit their life time maximum? Over the years my co-payments have went up, eye and dental have all but disappeared from it, and when my kids turned 22 they were kicked off the insurance, even with a year left in college.
