More Cylinder Head Woes, Cracks, what options?

Cleaned up Case 310B cylinder head, found that one exhaust seat was missing completely. Machine shop magnafluxed and found cracks around where the seat was and suggested that's why the seat fell out. Found worse cracks in another cylinder's exhaust seat but the seat is still there. Should I buy a rebuilt or have both seats welded or repair just the missing seat as the one with worse cracks had 107lbs compression? Thanks for your wise counsel.
