Its not in the old 4020 parts book. Its not likely to be wedge mounted. Maybe some adapter that has flanges inside to bolt to the wheel center, like I used from Unverforth to mount 12.4 x 42 on my 4020.
There might be something from the construction industry or mining industry where that 16 ply tire was used. It would probably be easier to find something with an 8, 9, or 10 bolt center to fit a hub than to fit the JD wheel center.
Else you need some helpers, long pry bars and lots of tire soap taking care when needed to get the opposite side of the bead in the drop center of the rim to all the bead to be pried on.
