My wife is a 30 year veteran of FSA,her opinion is that if you are large grain farmer is could have some value. Hold up is that all persons having any interest in the operation must sign ,doesn't seem very workable with operations with a lot of leases. So far no one has signed yet.Our county put about 80% of the wheat ground in Crp, with the last 20% coming out in Oct. so far only 10% has gone back to crops and I doubt if more than 30% will ever be plowed again. A large part of the land if the region has been sold to cattle operations at the end of contracts
