This deal is basically a UAW payback. It only benefits a very few car buyers that happen to have a trade that fits, and can afford a new car that happends to fit the program. For the rest of us poor saps, there goes our tax money. So we hear "look what the government gave me" when it should be "look what I took from my tax paying neighbor". Just another entitlement to a special interest group.
