I have had a 210 and now have a 220. If it blows a head gasket, you'll know it right away. I'd go for fuel problems, or more likely, point gap. Kohlers are very sensitive to point gap. It sets the ignition timing, so if the gap is wrong, the engine won't run worth stink. E-mail me if you need more details. Karl.
