Yeah, if I remember right it doesn't weigh more than 60 or 80 pounds to start it up, then it will go on its own. Doesn't take much to pull it down either. Put a block where your front wheel sets so you don't pull back in it too far. Mine had a six foot bucket on it and you won't believe how easy it is. You can have that loader off in 5 minutes easy if you keep the eight bolts oiled where you can run the nuts off and on by hand. Snug em down and go/
