Good and reasonable priced aren"t two things I usually hear together... In answer to your question though I know of two places that might be willing and or aboe to do it. The first is IF Engineering, their number is 704-392-5309. Talk to Danny. I know they can do it if it can be done and although they aren"t the cheapest guys in town when they do it you know it"ll be right. Dad has been taking stuff to them since back in the late 70"s /early 80"s, and have never had a problem with their work on anything from the BIG stuff to the small stuff.
Another place that we just discovered is right close to us in Harrisburg and is called Glendale Machine and Balancing. The old guy that runs this shop is a one man show in a small shop. We"ve talked to him a few times and he seems to have been at it for along time and to know his stuff pretty good. I"ve got a buddy that has used him for alot for "custom" machining and I know he has had good luck with everything he has done for him. Whether he"ll want to take on a project like your asking I don"t know but it wouldn"t hurt to ask. His number is 704-795-7095.
Good luck and if you need anything else just let me know.

Some purist I'm sure will disagree to no end with what I will tell you but most of us out here in the real world don't really care do we ? Some of them only bring their noses down out of the air long enough to look down them anyway. If you are like me you are only doing this old tractor stuff because you enjoy it. You
