per this: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-home-antivirus-2010 an updated malwarebytes will get rid of this. It wouldn't hurt to get spybot search and destroy and superantispyware and run them as well. all these programs are free and work good at removing spyware. you may need to get ccleaner and run it as well. most if not all can be found at 100-downloads.com which is a good source of free programs and malware free. let us know if this works
