It should be the same as my 94 was. It is below the heater box on the front of the firewall and may just be a short stub of a pipe about 1/2" diameter.
Feel around with your hand where you can't see with your eyes and you will find it. When it works it will drain out on the track bars for the front end on a 4x4. Work up from them to find it.
Hope this helps. If you can find a mirror, it may help you find it by being able to "see" it. I found mine without a mirror...but I was getting ready to look for my mirror!
