Malwarebytes is a good program and it is free (you can and should donate if you find it usefull). It may or may not cure your problem. Lots of spammers use other peoples email addresses as the senders address it does two things. Hides their actual email address and guarnatees that someone will get the spam even if the original recipients server rejects the email. Your ISP does not have a very good email filter
