Like Ron said, it's nice that you asked. I don't know the answer, other than that I've been to exhibits (specifically for Vintage Motorcycles, not Tractors) where the administration forgot who the attraction was. What I am saying, is that the best way to run a first class show, is to make it great for the exhibitors....things like free camping (if appropritate), some refreshments, electrical service, etc....will do more to lure people back than anything else. And have someone there who is a "problem solver", with authority, who's only job is to go around and ask "is there anything we can do to make this more fun?" Showing off your work is one of the more fun aspects of restoration, and it's like the old saying "If you build it they will come", just remmeber they will stop coming if it isn't any fun.
