Mike you said you were going to store tractors,if they're restored tractors or even unrestored equipement you should think about the dampness. I am now working on a 40x60 Kentucky Steel Truss buildon 14 Ft sides and a concrete floor,fully insulated (no rain in doors) no bird droppings it's a nice buliding. Only change I would have made is put a heating system in the concrete floor of the shop or loafing area,there is one thing it isn't big enough. Later Gman
