Have you read the police report, or do you not want the facts to infringe on your dillusion. According to the police report, witnessed by a black officer, the "victum" was not arrested because he black, or because he was in his own house. But clowns like you and our sorry *@@ president who want to paint this as a racist issue, the mean nasty cop walked in and saw a black man and just had to arrest him. But luckily we have the truth in the police report, which shows that Gates was arrested only after a lenghthy attempt by the officer to get basic information, like an ID. Gates wasn't smart enough to just shut up and give the cop the info required, he had to shoot off at the mouth and start making demeaning comments. After a length of time of the cop putting up with Gates hate filled rant, he arrested the poor old innocent black man. After legal analysis, it has been determined that the policeman followed protocol in this situation. The only ones who acted out inappropriately were the hate monger Gates and his buddy our hate monger president. I can not believe that anyone can actually defend him after the press conference where O stated that he did not have all the details in the case yet then proceeded to tell the rest of the country how stupidly the police department had acted. Talk about racist hatred. You could read it in the tone of his voice. At that point he quit being the president and went straight back to being a Chicago communitee organizer trying to get a bunch of poor black folks upset about how terribly the rest of the world treats them. And once again we see that these poor black folks aren't where they are at because of the rest of us, they are there because of their own doing. In this case its cuz the old man was to stupid to shut his mouth and do as an officer of the law requested. In most cases its because they can't quit being the poor black folks long enough to act like human beings and make something of their world.
