Hey,mmidlam. I'm not trying to convince any one that one brand is better than another because in my opinion they are not, except for maybe reclaimed oil and "Castrol" for sure.Sopus probably is a wall street head banger organization who is in the oil refining buisness for the "money" only and gives a Rats A$$ about what they produce only as long as it meets minimum standards and sells.Standards are set by some one who has my interests at heart I truly hope. That said I don't try to nor want to convince any one what oil is best for thier vehicle. I'm just trying to fit in this forum and tell my life's experience for the vehicles I own.My one preference was to help a friend become more of a millinaire. If you followed the"World Of Outlaws" sprint car series you could figure out who he is and finally for the last few years I have come to prefer "Castrol" for the same reason's ,to help a favorite become a larger than life figure on the NHRA Funny Car series,as if he needs any help,LOL. Truthfully my old 460 ci. pickup probably would run well on any current brand of standard meeting Oils. My diesels I would hesitate changing from Shell Rotella T. 20/50 as that is all they have ever had in them and if it's not broke, don't try to fix it.
