From what you say, I have to question the accuracy of that "Load Test" you mentioned. After all, assuming a good starter (must be if other batterys operate it) and good cables and a ground (again must be okay if another battery starts it) NOW THATS A REAL LOAD TEST WHEN AN ACTUAL STARTER MOTOR IS USED......
I like Jims approach, because thats what a load tester does, it pulls a heavy draw out of the battery and then measures how low the voltage drops. Its my guess it will FLUNK that test lol
