Been There. I have one bin that has that problem regularly. Mostly because we dump all dried corn from the dryer into that bin and use transfer augers to move grain to adjoining bins. Our transfer augers have cleaning units on them to remove those fines and cracked kernels which otherwise accumulate in the center core. One trick that really helps if you want to prevent your center sump from plugging in the future is to place an old section of ear corn tunnel over the sump before filling.
