Case VI S/N 4522062

I have an opportunity to purchase the VI above to restore. It is in good condition, runs and has a Case side mower, S/N VI 9361. The person wants 1000 for the unit. Is this a resonable price? I can't find too much information on the VI series. Thanks for the help. I would like to restore the unit. It looks great. I am concerned about part availablity.
