Brakes are on the left because the tractor is hydrostatic and the hydrastat control is on the left. As far as american parts well newholland is owned by caseih. But unless u buy a 60 horse or bigger there not made around here any of them no matter the color. notice how compact tractors are all lookin the same nowdays and even the biger farm tractors are getin more and more foreign parts from germany and sweden. I think There just tryn to revive a classic tractor.
