Stan, If you can't find any better information (and I sure hope you can), have you considered "working up" a load? That is, start out with a load that you know is safe, then increase it until you have enough power? From Jon's description of the powder, it sounds like it uses some sort of IMR (Improved Military Rifle) powder. Rifle powders burn much slower than shotgun or pistol powders, which makes sense considering how the cartridge is used, and the fact that Jon's is completely full. Dupont IMR-4831 would be a likely candidate; it's moderately slow and readily available. If you try this (and I'm not certain that you should), carefully inspect each cartridge case for any signs of excess pressure after each test firing. Needless to say, this is highly risky activity; be careful.
