Jim. You asked what is worth. In general it depends on the running condition of the tractor. If it is a non runner like you have stated, it is probable only worth scrap price or a little more because of new tires and good sheet metal. Without the engine running you can not evaluate the hydraulics and the running gear. I have owned a standard motors TO 35 for the last ten years and it has perfromed just great even in the north Idaho winters. Mine has glow plugs which all work and I have a water heater in the lower radiator hose which I plug mine in when the temperature gets below 30 degrees. I have never used ether to get it started. If the engine turns over, you can check to see if the injectors are getting fuel, Or you can open the bleed plug on the injector pump to see if the pump is getting fuel. Mabey the system just needs to be bleed. And by the way, I paid 2000 for mine ten years ago. Good luck. Jerry
