I have a cell phone for business, and it seems nobody hesitates to call me on it. Incoming balls burn minutes same as outgoing, but usually the folks that call me on it are people I want to talk to anyway.
What gripes me is people who jabber on them all day just because they can. But, I'm biased. My wife was in a head-on collision several years ago caused by some teenage gal talking on a cell phone and not paying attention to driving. Thanks to the air bag and belts, my wife walked away from it, but it's still kinda gotten out of hand. If I have to make or take a call on my cell when I'm driving, I pull over so I can concentrate on the call.
