With an engine overhaul, assuming good paint and overall sheetmetal condition, with cabliner in average shape, and 3200 acutual hours, a dealer inmy area would want $14,000-$15,500. If its 3400 hours since the last overhaul and guessing then that it has 7000-8000 actual hours then it would be closer to $12,000. If the sheetmetal is all banged up it may drop to $10,000. It unlikely to go less than that as dealers are getting $6000-$8000 for Ford 8000 and 9000 model tractors.
