Spook, where did that happen? I know of a simular incident. Happened just before my shift, on the very lathe I would be operating. Helper on the lathe got too close to the material sticking out the through hole at the back side of the chuck. Caught his clothing, spun him around 3 times, just missing steel & concrete, and slammed him on the concrete floor. He got up, and walked into the restroom with only his work boots on. Other than his whole body being black & blue from the tightening of his clothes just before they were ripped off, he didn't have any injuries. Very lucky he wasn't killed.
