I agree with Dave, If you had a 9 or 10 to one compression ratio, and adjust to deliver enough fuel, it will be OK, but not more fuel efficient. the HP/Gallon/Hr will go down in any case. Will it run as is probably with a bit more advance and more fuel. Will you be happy, not too likely, unless you get the fuel at 1/2 price. JimN
